On Creating Your Own Rules

I had ice cream for dinner tonight. A small cup with a combo of two dairy-free flavors—mint chocolate chip and almond.🍦

I snagged it from Yummy, a gluten-free dessert shop dangerously close to my house.

Like kids everywhere, I was taught not to eat ice cream for dinner.

It’s easy to forget you get to make the rules. It’s also easy to remember.

That’s it.

That’s today’s story and inspiration because I’m over here with a nose like a faucet and zombie-like brain fog.

(I’m on top of it, despite the ice cream).

In the meantime, here’s one of my favorite episodes of the podcast. It’ll help you figure out which of the 5 types of relationships you’re in. Are you in a lifeboat, a fishing boat, a sailboat, a speedboat, or a cruise liner? 🛥️

And here’s one of the books I recommend the most.

Lastly, here’s a fun quiz I’ve passed around with my family. If you take it, hit reply and share your character with me. Mine came back as Alice Cullen .

xx,

Alyssa
